Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a dynamic sales professional based in the DFW area to manage and grow a designated portfolio of travel agency accounts. You will design local and national marketing programs, develop agency relationships, and drive revenue growth across North and West Texas.

The role emphasizes planning, negotiations, and strategic marketing to support FIT and group business, with the ideal candidate based in DFW and able to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; field: Business Administration, Marketing or related.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience; travel industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and grow a portfolio of travel agency accounts within the DFW territory, including East Temple and North/South Texas.
• Create and execute local and national marketing and promotional programs to hit territory sales objectives.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to stimulate agency revenue growth and contract opportunities.
• Plan and implement an annual territory sales and marketing plan for top accounts to achieve FIT and Group business goals.
• Manage budget for travel, marketing funds, and promotions; track ROI and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, ship tours, and other events to promote NCL products and drive partner engagement.
