Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Regional Registered Nurse to support our skilled nursing centers across the region. You will provide clinical oversight, guide nursing teams, and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role includes on-site supervision of CNAs, coordination with medical staff, and contributing to post-acute care services across multiple states. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop CNAs and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide workforce support to assigned centers within the region.
• Render skilled nursing services to residents within an assigned unit in support of the medical care staff.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure a high quality of care is provided to all residents.
