Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a Travel CNA to provide hands-on nursing care across regional centers. You will support nursing staff by delivering direct care, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring resident comfort daily as you travel between centers.

The role requires valid CNA certification, strong communication, and a willingness to commute to any Diversicare center within the region. Full-time with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and nursing staff.
• Willingness to travel to multiple centers within the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Respond to resident call lights to ensure comfort and safety.
• Transport residents to dining, lobby, and activities as needed.
• Provide hands-on nursing care under supervision.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices.
