Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with design teams and cross-functional groups.
• Commitment to an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and Turnpike initiatives into clear, enforceable expectations for construction projects.
• Drive consistent implementation across the region; identify and close gaps between intent and execution.
• Standardize how construction supports system performance.
• Integrate construction with maintenance, traffic operations, incident management, and asset performance through the Operations Center.
• Ensure construction is planned within the operational context of the network.
• Enforce adherence to Operations Center coordination protocols and approval processes.
• Define, refine, and implement construction-related operational KPIs.
• Provide decision-ready recommendations to leadership.
