Job summary

DRMP seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation initiatives in the Tampa Bay region and across Florida's Gulf Coast.

You will guide complex roadway projects for FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, and regional agencies, mentoring teams and coordinating across disciplines to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing major roadway and transportation projects for FDOT, Florida Turnpike Enterprise, tolling authorities, regional transportation agencies, and/or major municipal clients.
• Familiarity with Florida transportation procurement and project delivery processes.
• Experience supporting major pursuits, technical proposals, and client development efforts.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth by identifying opportunities and expanding relationships with transportation agencies.
• Lead proposal development, capture planning, and pursuit execution for major projects.
• Manage complex roadway and transportation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor project managers and staff, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver high-quality project outcomes and reinforce DRMP's reputation for technical excellence.
