Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen and expand our roadway practice across Tampa Bay and Florida Gulf Coast. You will lead complex transportation projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic pursuits with FDOT, FTE, and regional agencies.

This role emphasizes delivering high-profile infrastructure work while mentoring teams and expanding DRMP's presence in one of Florida's fastest-growing markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE licensure required.
• 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience leading major roadway projects for FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, tolling authorities, regional agencies, and/or major municipalities.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit efforts and deliver complex transportation projects.
• Develop proposals, Letters of Response, and interview presentations.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor staff and strengthen client relationships.
• Support strategic growth and market positioning in Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast.
