Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.

• 6 months to 1 year of team management or leadership experience.

Hallcon Corporation is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic Commuter team in Los Angeles Area.

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in keeping our transportation operations running smoothly. You’ll lead and support local employees, help develop and train new team members, champion safety, and serve as a critical connection between our field operations and corporate leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead staffing and training effortsfor new and existing employees, helping build a strong and dependable local team.
• Champion safetyby reinforcing training standards and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for service.
• Connect the field with corporate leadership, helping employees get the support and information they need while communicating operational needs to management.
• Partner with the Regional Managerto ensure assigned locations operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest possible level.
• Support Risk Managementby promptly reporting violations, safety concerns, injuries, accidents, and other incidents.
• Solve problems in real time, using sound judgment and decisive action to keep operations moving.
• Build strong working relationshipswith employees, management, clients, and other key partners.
