Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily field activities ensuring safe and timely transportation services. You will oversee site supervisors, yard and road coordinators and drivers, while coordinating staffing and training needs.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of management experience or equivalent training.
Knowledge of Employment Law and safety practices is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record within past 3 years.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily field operations to ensure safe and timely transportation for customers.
Supervise site supervisors, yard coordinators, road coordinators and drivers.
Train and hire new employees and ensure adequate staffing for peak demand.
Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness and proper reporting of incidents and wear.
Communicate with customer field management and coordinate with HR for terminations when needed.
Audit safety, productivity and service metrics to meet company goals.
