NESL seeks an RMC Regional Transportation Manager to lead transportation operations across the Eastern PA region, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery of RMC materials. You will oversee scheduling, routing, dispatching, and fleet utilization while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to forecast demand, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, dispatching, and tracking of materials.
• Lead and manage a team of transportation supervisors, dispatch, and customer service personnel.
• Uphold safety regulations, DOT requirements, and company policies.
• Develop and manage transportation budgets, monitor expenses, fuel, and maintenance costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collect and analyze transportation data to generate performance reports and guide decisions.
