The ideal candidate will manage KPIs, coordinate with HR for staffing, and report regional performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a multi-site organization.
• Experience in EMS, ambulance operations, or medical transportation.
• Strong dispatch, scheduling, and fleet management knowledge.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure fleet readiness.
• Willingness to travel within the Philadelphia region.
• Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Philadelphia-area transportation operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Lead coordination with EMS management, dispatchers, schedulers, and staff.
• Ensure routes are optimized for timely service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with executives to implement best practices for medical transportation.
• Prepare regional performance reports for senior management.
• Work with HR on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain records of brokered trips and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep ambulances ready and available.
• Ensure adequate vehicle availability to handle ALS, BLS, and nonemergency volume.
• Provide effective communication across Philadelphia-area operations.
