Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations including dispatch, fleet, maintenance, routing, and admin tasks.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation and logistics operations.
• Manage regional budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary contact for key customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee service delivery, contractual performance, metrics, and reporting.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead management and operational teams.
• Identify workforce, resource, and operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Drive operational improvements through process standardization and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve goals.
