Job summary

ComEd is seeking a senior operations planning leader to prioritize, schedule, and execute maintenance, capital projects, and testing across regional electric and gas operations. You will forecast budgets, align work plans with financial targets, and drive a high-performance culture.

You will develop KPIs, manage resources, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory alignment while leading a team of managers and specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of industry experience.
• Proven leadership in a high-performance culture.
• Coaching and facilitation of business competency.
• Proven performance management skills.
• Ability to build consensus and communicate effectively.
• Process improvements and efficiencies including technology.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Working knowledge of Passport and Project View.
• Extensive knowledge of utility operations.
• Experience with contract vendors.
• Understanding of utility industry financial strategies.
• Ability to achieve results in a matrixed organization.
• In lieu of degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience.
