Job summary

HeadFirst B.V. is seeking a Transformation Manager to connect globally driven programmes with regional execution. You will provide an integrated regional view of transformation, ensuring enterprise requirements land coherently across markets and that change is sustainable locally.

You will report to the Head of Business Transformation and partner with the Regional SLT to prioritise, manage dependencies, risks and readiness while enabling value realization and a smooth BAU transition.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise transformation, programme/portfolio management and/or transformation integration.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across organisational boundaries.
• Experience creating integrated portfolio visibility across milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity and readiness.
• Experience in regional activation, change readiness, adoption and transition into BAU.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and executive-reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Global Transformation Integration: identify wider regional transformation requirements and embed them into regional source plans.
• Surface gaps early and resolve them across the Business Office, Product & Technology, functions and regions.
• Act as Transformation Office partner to the Regional SLT, linking enterprise priorities with regional realities.
• Provide visibility of changes, priorities, capacity, risks and decisions to leadership.
• Own and manage the regional transformation board and portfolio view with milestones and readiness.
• Translate enterprise models into practical regional activation plans and assess readiness.
• Coordinate with other Transformation Managers on shared needs and feed insights into enterprise decisions.
• Ensure regional outcomes and adoption are connected to enterprise transformation objectives and BAU transition.
