Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Business Transformation Consultant to oversee the systematic deployment of project activities, tools, and processes across the transformation lifecycle at Regions. You will ensure projects stay on time and within budget, certifying goals and success markers are met, while collaborating with project teams and sponsors to achieve business outcomes.

The role requires experience in transformation and project management, with strong stakeholder engagement and change management

Qualifications

• Master’s of Business Administration and four (4) years of transformation or project management experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and four (4) years of directly related experience in business transformation at a top tier consulting firm.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and six (6) years of transformation or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with key business, technology and operations stakeholders to successfully implement the bank’s transformation goals.
• Utilizes transformation organization’s framework to plan, execute and transition delivery of simple – intermediate transformation programs or threads on complex programs.
• Develops and manages overall project plans to ensure transformation status and identify risks to success.
• Supports transformation managers on delivery of enterprise programs.
• Works independently to draft project deliverables for review with Transformation Managers.
• Maintains ownership during all phases of a program to ensure deliverables are executed according to plans.
• Solicits feedback from supervisor/manager prior to finalizing project related deliverables.
• Provides project and program status reporting.
