Regions Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to oversee transformation programs from planning to delivery. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, budget and success criteria.

The role emphasizes structured project management, risk identification, and clear status reporting across the full life cycle. Ideal candidates bring MBA or equivalent with 4+ years in transformation or PM, or a bachelor’s with significant consulting or banking

Qualifications

• MBA with four years of transformation or project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree with four years of related transformation experience at a top-tier firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY)
• Bachelor’s degree with six years of transformation or project management experience

Responsabilités

• Partners with business, technology and operations stakeholders to implement transformation goals
• Plans, executes and transitions delivery of transformation programs
• Develops and manages project plans and identifies risks to success
• Supports transformation managers on delivery of enterprise programs
• Drafts project deliverables for review with Transformation Managers
• Maintains ownership during all phases to ensure deliverables align with plans
• Solicits supervisor feedback before finalizing deliverables
• Provides project and program status reporting
