Qualifications

Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts in complex environments.
Experience facilitating alignment across teams, functions and boundaries.
Experience leading organizational, operational, process, data, system, or technology-enabled change.
Experience using metrics, reporting, and insights to support decisions and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional business operations initiatives and establish execution approaches and accountability.
Translate strategy into a clear future state across people, processes, governance, roles, capacity, controls, technology, and ways of working.
Coordinate execution across teams and workstreams, managing priorities and trade-offs.
