Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum one year full-time professional experience in a higher education student services role.

• Strong organizational, project management, public speaking, and event planning skills.
• Collaborative skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic motivation to promote student success.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with admissions, advising, or related transfer services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary OSU representative for prospective transfer students and DPP participants in Central and Eastern Oregon.
• Promote and support OSU's Degree Partnership Program and transfer pathways.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community colleges as a liaison between OSU units and partners.
• Provide guidance on admissions, transfer pathways, financial aid, and resources.
• Coordinate OSU programs and events at Cascades and partner colleges.
• Lead outreach, recruitment, advising coordination, and partnership development.
• Represent OSU as a regional ambassador to increase access and degree attainment.
