Job summary

The Office of Admissions at Oregon State University seeks a Transfer Services Manager. Based in Bend on the OSU-Cascades campus, this full-time role provides leadership, outreach, advising coordination, and partnership development to boost access and degree completion for transfer students.

You will build relationships with community colleges across Central and Eastern Oregon, guide prospective students through admissions and transfer pathways, and represent OSU at programs and events both on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum one year full-time professional experience in higher education student services or related field.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and event planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and promote student success.
• Flexibility to work with diverse clientele and in a changing environment.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary OSU representative for prospective transfer students and Degree Partnership Program participants throughout Central and Eastern Oregon.
• Promote and support OSU’s Degree Partnership Program and related transfer pathways.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community colleges across Central and Eastern Oregon as liaison between OSU units and partners.
• Provide individualized guidance to prospective transfer and DPP students regarding admissions processes, transfer pathways, and financial aid.
• Support OSU through programs and events at OSU Cascades and partner colleges.
