Jet Aviation Academy seeks a Senior Manager Training to lead regional delivery across the US, aligning regional needs with global standards. This role focuses on building learning capabilities, coordinating with HR, training owners, and senior leadership to deliver impactful programs.

You will manage the regional Academy team, ensure audit-ready training records, and drive improvements using data and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, and training evaluation.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site training programs in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regional training across the US in alignment with global standards.
• Co-design learning solutions with SMEs and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Maintain trainer capacity, certifications, and audit-ready training records.
• Build and manage the regional Academy community and budget.
• Leverage learning tech and data to improve outcomes and provide leadership development.
