Jet Aviation is seeking a Manager, Regional Training to lead Academy delivery across EMEA, the US, and APAC. You will help establish an important capability from the ground up by connecting existing training expertise and making learning easier to access, deliver, measure, and improve.

This role requires an experienced learning and development professional who can lead across functions, cultures, and locations, translating business needs into regional training programs while aligning with global

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or multinational training programs.
• Strong expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable training plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Academy delivery across multiple regions including US, EMEA and APAC.
• Co-design learning solutions with SMEs and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Maintain trainer capacity and ensure audit-ready training records.
