Job summary

Monica Vinader in New York is seeking a Regional Trade Specialist to support the North American wholesale business, partnering with Nordstrom stores and internal teams to drive brand standards, training, events and stock management.

You will train store teams, coordinate trunk shows, manage shop-in-shop upkeep, and collaborate with US Operations and Account Management to deliver trade projects and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor selling to drive sales and demonstrate best practice in Nordstrom stores
• Train brand Story, Product Knowledge, and Engraving across the region through formal and on-floor sessions
• Manage Nordstrom DSAs & Contingent Workers (recruitment, onboarding, training, development)
• Plan and lead Trunk Shows and brand events across the US
• Maintain shop‑in‑shop upkeep and ensure MV fixtures and engraving equipment are in good condition across all doors
• Collaborate with US Operations and Account Management to deliver trade ops projects
• Support store teams with training, visual merchandising and events with ad hoc admin work
