Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Regional Trade & Partnership Manager for the eastern/western US to grow visitation and revenue through a focused network of travel trade and commercial partners. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Boston office, with relocation/visa not offered.

You will pitch and negotiate partnerships, manage a partner portfolio, and align with marketing and revenue teams to maximize impact. Ideal candidates have a track record of building and managing commercial partnerships,

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships or trade accounts that grew revenue, visitation, or partner performance.
• Negotiated commercial agreements balancing business results, long-term relationships, and mutual value.
• Identified new business opportunities and managed a partner pipeline, prioritizing commercial effort.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the US portfolio across travel partners, tourism organizations, resellers and other commercial channels.
• Identify, pitch and negotiate partnerships that grow ticket sales, visitation and awareness.
• Review partner performance and strengthen relationships to improve trade outcomes.
• Coordinate with revenue management, operations, marketing and regional leaders on pricing, agreements and activation.
