Dyson is seeking a strategic Total Rewards Lead to design, implement, and evolve compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with future expansion into Latin America.

You will lead the regional Total Rewards function, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure our rewards strategy attracts and engages talent while aligning with Dyson's global people strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience including compensation and benefits leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of US compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and incentive design.
• Experience supporting multi-country reward programs, preferably across North America and Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, retirement, and incentive programs.
• Lead the annual compensation cycle, including salary review, bonus planning, market benchmarking and incentive plan administration.
• Partner with Global Total Rewards to align regional programs with global principles while meeting local market requirements.
• Provide expert guidance to HR and leaders on compensation, benefits, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
• Lead and develop a small team of Total Rewards leaders delivering strategic and operational support.
• Drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes and technology.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and support strategic workforce planning.
