Rexel USA invites an experienced Regional Tool Specialist to join the Platt team in Anaheim, CA. You will drive sales growth, provide technical recommendations, conduct product demonstrations, and partner with branches, suppliers, and customers to grow market share.

This role requires deep knowledge of industrial power tools, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop annual business plans with leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Electrical distribution industry or related experience required.
• High School or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of industrial power tools and related applications.
• Drive regional sales growth with branches, customers and supplier partners.
• Lead sales efforts with key targets, major projects, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Evaluate customer operations to identify productivity improvements and cost savings.
• Develop annual business plans with regional leadership and supplier partners.
• Support stocking programs and inventory strategies at branches.
• Build relationships with suppliers and participate in joint sales calls.
• Coordinate training events and regional marketing initiatives.
• Assist branches with technical support and application recommendations.
