Job summary

Tire Factory Distribution is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow wholesale tire sales across Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington and Idaho Panhandle. This is a full-time, exempt position.

You will build relationships with existing accounts and prospect new customers, travel regionally, and train customers on products and programs. Base salary is $70,000 plus uncapped commission, with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Tire or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience in wholesale distribution is ideal but not required.
• Familiarity with Sales CRM tools.
• Reliable vehicle for sales calls.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed account sales goals by growing purchases with assigned accounts.
• Develop new business by calling, visiting, and hosting meetings with potential customers.
• Communicate with management and customer service to ensure great customer experiences.
• Train and educate customers on products, programs, and online tools.
• Travel regionally for account growth and occasional training or events.
• Prepare weekly production and expense reports.
