Job summary

ARCO National Construction in Framingham, MA is seeking a Regional Tenant Improvement Superintendent to lead high-end TI commercial projects. You will manage field operations, schedule development with the PM, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across New England.

The role requires senior-level superintendent experience, travel readiness, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Excel, along with a valid driver's license and physical stamina for demanding job

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on quick-turnaround entertainment or high-end commercial build-outs, TIs, or adaptive reuse projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout New England.
• Proficiency with construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing/walking, uneven terrain, lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution throughout all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, direct teams, and resolve conflicts.
• Attend post-award review meetings and begin preconstruction planning.
• Develop construction schedules with the project manager (sequencing, manpower, equipment).
• Oversee project to ensure it meets specs, stays on schedule, and achieves target profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet the project timeline.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and key documents.
• Maintain constant communication with the project manager about progress, plans, and issues.
• Complete daily reports documenting key project details and events.
• Enforce company safety program across all phases.
• Lead with integrity and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
