Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is a growing therapy management company seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy operations and drive performance across multiple facilities. This remote role requires travel to cover the Northeast United States and oversee clinical processes, reimbursement, and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an active therapy license, multi-site management experience, and a strong background in PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PDPM knowledge and Medicare reimbursement understanding.
• Experience leading multi-site therapy operations and teams.
• Strong clinical oversight and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation across facilities within territory.
• Analyze processes to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal payment performance.
• Coordinate with teams to implement recommended changes and monitor results.
• Promote facility best practices and PDPM compliant workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA, billing codes, and reimbursement rules.
