Job summary

QRM is seeking an experienced Regional Therapy Director in Ohio to oversee PDPM-driven rehab programs across multiple facilities. You will provide training, analytics and guidance to facilities, ensuring compliant practices and optimal payment performance.

The role requires licensed therapists, 3–5 years in long-term care with supervision, and willingness to travel regionally including overnight stays. Ohio residency preferred (Cleveland/Toledo area).

Qualifications

• Therapist licensed in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years clinical experience in long-term care with supervisory/administrative roles.
• Prior multi-site SNF management with clinical processes training/mentoring.
• Proficient with PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance.
• Willing to travel regionally with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, training and support for the assigned area.
• Analyze systems to ensure federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Audit assessments and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Promote facility best practices and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to implement recommendations.
