Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field with extensive pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Deep knowledge of claims reimbursement, payer dynamics, and HUB services.
- Experience leading regional teams and launching access initiatives.
- Ability to navigate the US healthcare landscape and communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Therapy Access Managers across assigned regions to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate cross-coverage for HCP support and manage escalations.
- Establish rules of engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development for team members.
- Partner with sales leadership to discuss regional trends and access barriers.
