Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing USA sales team focused on Telematics devices. You will build and develop a new sales force, drive strategic plans to hit targets and expand the customer base, while coordinating with logistics and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The role offers remote/hybrid work options in the Los Angeles area, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and extensive onboarding on internal systems and sales processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product.
• Proven track record of B2B sales achievements.
• Experience in building and motivating sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
• Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
• Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team.
• Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
• Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team is strong enough to play independently.
• Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly.
• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
• Ensure order tracking and correction.
• Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process
