Job summary

Subway in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Regional Technology Lead - LAC to own technology strategy, execution, and regional delivery for Latin America & Caribbean.

Based in Miami and reporting to the VP, Guest Product, you will guide a team of project managers and tech leads, align regional priorities with enterprise direction, and ensure reliable day-to-day support while driving strategic initiatives. You will partner with regional leaders, vendors, and global teams to deliver shared platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, delivery, or IT management.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing project managers or tech leads.
• Strong executive communication skills with senior leaders.
• English fluency; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technology strategy and roadmap for the LAC region, aligned to regional business priorities and enterprise technology direction.
• Serve as the primary technology advisor to the President, LAC Region, providing regular updates on initiatives, risks, and decisions requiring input or approval.
• Build strong relationships with regional leaders, franchisees/partners, and stakeholders to reflect regional needs in technology investments.
• Lead execution of regional technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Establish governance routines across the regional project portfolio and coordinate with global teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, including contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee day-to-day technology support and incident management for the region.
• Foster team development, hiring, and performance management.
