Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Technician Development Partner to lead regional learning and development programs for technicians, driving onboarding, apprenticeship, and skill advancement. You will collaborate with service leaders, instructors, and recruiting partners to strengthen the technician talent pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, program management, and the ability to travel regionally while aligning safety and quality standards with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven program management, coordination, and planning abilities.
• Track record of improving training adoption and technician development outcomes.
• Willingness to travel regionally ~20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional technician development roadmap with leadership input.
• Prioritize development needs from regional service teams and field staff.
• Lead regular reviews and establish a cadence for tracking progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a visual management system for training demand, participation, and outcomes.
• Coordinate regional delivery of apprenticeship, onboarding, and technical training.
• Support train-the-trainer efforts to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Build relationships with schools, apprenticeship programs, and community partners.
• Communicate program updates and results to leaders and stakeholders.
• Travel within the region 20–30% to support onsite training and relationship building.
