Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to assist with installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer locations. You will work under seasoned technicians and gain exposure to cutting‑edge technology as part of the TAP program.

The role includes training opportunities, paid on‑the‑job instruction, and clear paths to become a Service Technician after progression through the four‑year program.

Qualifications

• HVAC theory knowledge and fundamentals required.
• Experience with installation and repair of environmental control systems desired.
• Familiarity with pipe fitting, blueprints, and engineering specs preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to standards required.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned Service Technicians with installation and repair at customer locations.
• Work with field technician, project manager, and customers to understand on-site requirements.
• Use tools, blueprints, and specs to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Adhere to safety standards and protect company assets.
