Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Energy Services Operations Leader for the Mid-Atlantic Region to drive contracting fulfillment, operational excellence, and project execution. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate preconstruction activities, and ensure profitable project delivery with strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires guiding regional operations, building automation expertise, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in facilities or construction preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and support operational and financial performance across a region.
• Travel within the region is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting fulfillment processes to support operational excellence and regional objectives.
• Ensure quality standards across post-order contracting and building automation projects for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee overall operational functions including order validation, entry, follow-up, inquiries, engineering, submittals, service operations, warranties, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project development engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and successful delivery of energy services solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering during preconstruction to align requirements and constructability.
