Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced EHS professional to promote and maintain regional safety and environmental programs. You will work onsite with technicians and rotate through regional offices, supporting training and policy implementation.

The role requires OSHA/EHS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to lead safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Travel to sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Safety Sciences/Engineering is preferred.
• One or more safety-related professional certification is desired (CSP, CIH, CHSM).
• 3+ years of practical EHS management experience at a medium-large site preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MSHA, DOT and relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safety process efforts in commercial offices as directed by the Regional EHS Leader.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and site visits at customer locations.
• Maintain records in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company procedures.
• Implement safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze safety data and coordinate continual improvement efforts.
• Develop and conduct annual safety training across regional offices.
