Carlisle Companies is seeking a Regional Technical Sales professional for the Northeast region focused on Henry Pre-Applied/Blindside Waterproofing solutions. You will engage Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors to drive primary demand through design, bidding, and installation phases.

You will train the AEC community, present at seminars, and support submittals and technical details while tracking opportunities in the CRM.

Competenze

• CRM software (such as Salesforce.com) is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and computer literacy are essential, plus you must be able to interact within a team environment.
• Demonstrated experience and accreditation in an associated discipline, ability to effectively track projects through the specification and bidding stage, and ability to read and create construction details will be considered assets.
• Technical certifications or background in relevant technology domains
• Experience managing territory accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Mansioni

• Drive primary demand in the Northeast Region for Henry Pre-Applied/Blindside Waterproofing solutions through Architects, Engineers, Consultants (AEC) and Contractors in conjunction with the Technical Sales team.
• Follow a project-centric sales process from design and construction phases to a Henry preferential specification, including bidding and installation support.
• Provide training sessions for the AEC community, present at technical seminars, and offer technical support in selection and specification of our waterproofing systems.
• Track opportunities using CRM and share timely opportunities with other members of the Technical Sales team.
• Assist with submittals and technical details and read/create construction details.
