Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch environment.
- 5+ years preferred in building/construction context.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel and market opportunities.
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional technical sales strategy focusing on installers and contractors.
- Identify growth opportunities within the region and partner with internal stakeholders.
- Act as subject matter expert on product offerings and installation practices.
- Create and maintain accurate builder and installer specifications for sites.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key installation accounts.
