The position requires a BS in Engineering and 5+ years in related construction roles, with CPM scheduling experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE or related) with 5+ years of construction/engineering experience.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling in electrical or construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor field staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as region's technical resource for troubleshooting and equipment support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to field technicians.
• Coordinate with OEMs, Technical Support, Engineering for project needs.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, change orders, and technical proposals.
• Lead onboarding and training plans for regional technicians.
