The position emphasizes understanding bids, submittals, and coordination with clients and contractors on electrical/construction projects. Applicants should have a BS in Engineering (EE preferred) and at least 5 years of related experience, along with strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Five years of construction experience with electrical/construction contractors.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and blueprints for precise projects.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills; ability to plan and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Identify change orders and ensure resolution.
• Price, track and manage change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Maintain as-builts and document project issues.
• Plan and execute project completion and punch lists.
• Coordinate with supervisors, owners, contractors, and design professionals.
• Communicate with external stakeholders including customers and government representatives.
• Adhere to timelines for RFIs and documentation.
