Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., announces a Regional Technical Specialist role in the US remote territory. You will deliver field-based product training, support dealers, and engineer solutions across the Nice North America product line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 4 years related experience, preferably in the CEDIA channel.
• Experience in presenting information to customers and employees in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement product-oriented training and sales presentations for the Nice North America product line.
• Certify sales representatives on new products and annually on the entire product line.
• Provide advanced technical support on site and remotely for Nice North America products.
