You will direct material planning, scheduling, receiving, storage, and shipping while driving lean initiatives and supplier improvements to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Requires demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple shifts.
• Experience with lean materials processes (Kanban, FIFO, min/max) and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Material Planners (50+ hourly staff).
• Oversee material planning, scheduling, receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Drive Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives and cost reduction.
• Manage inventory, ERP systems, and supplier performance.
• Align plant objectives with department goals and budgets.
