Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Louisiana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment across Baton Rouge regional retail operations. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and partner with Store Managers and HR leadership to fill staffing needs.

The role requires hands-on ATS usage, strong communication, and the ability to travel to assigned retail locations to assist staffing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience conducting structured interviews and making informed hiring recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned retail locations in the Baton Rouge region.

Responsabilidades
