Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana in Baton Rouge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment across our Baton Rouge regional retail operations. This role requires traveling to retail locations, managing multiple requisitions, and using an ATS to track candidate progress.

You will partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and HR leadership to attract, interview, and advance qualified talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Structured interviews, candidate assessment, and hiring recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, pipelines, and priorities.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Baton Rouge retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for multiple retail locations in the region.
• Review applications, conduct structured interviews, assess fit and experience.
• Provide hiring recommendations to store leadership and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews with Store Managers and leadership; monitor progress in ATS.
• Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and HR on staffing needs.
• Travel to assigned locations to support staffing initiatives and events.
