Job summary

You will manage candidate pipelines, ensure quality of candidates, and maintain data accuracy in Taleo while driving time-to-hire reductions. The role requires collaboration with Shared Service teams and regional recruiters in a hands-on, in-office environment.

• Maintain relations with Shared Service Team and agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
• Track candidate progress and time-to-hire.
• Use Taleo for candidate data management.
• Provide status updates to leadership and collaborate across regions.
• Support other regions with back-up recruiting as needed.
