Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Division Field Recruiter to build pipelines and recruit top talent across the Northeast Division, including Virginia and nearby states. You will partner with Hiring Managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs and drive sourcing strategies.

You’ll travel to branch locations, manage full-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and use analytics to improve results. Orkin offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and social media recruitment
• 3 years experience working independently in the field
• 3–5 years interviewing and assessing candidates across roles
• 3-5 years experience with generally accepted recruiting practices

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple branches within the Northeast Division
• Strategic partnering with Hiring Managers to build tailored sourcing strategies
• Pipeline development to meet current and future hiring needs
• Candidate evaluation: review resumes, screen applicants, shortlist qualified candidates
• Interview coordination: conduct interviews and manage selection processes
• Candidate experience: deliver a seamless, timely, professional journey
• Analytics & reporting: track recruiting metrics and improve results
• Onsite engagement: travel to branch locations to support recruiting strategies
• ATS & process training: act as SME for Applicant Tracking System and interview process
• Talent acquisition leadership: lead divisional recruitment programs and campus hiring initiatives
