Job summary

Orkin in Virginia is seeking a Division Field Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple states, including Virginia. You will partner with Hiring Managers and regional leadership to understand staffing needs and implement strategic recruiting plans that drive business success.

You’ll build talent pipelines, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and social media recruitment.
• 3 years experience working independently in the field
• 3–5 years interviewing and assessing candidates across roles
• 3-5 years experience with generally accepted recruiting practices
• Willingness to travel, sometimes overnight, within the division footprint

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a multi-state region including Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to tailor sourcing strategies for each role.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage the selection process with managers.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Track recruiting metrics and analyze data to improve results.
• Travel to branch locations to support recruiting strategies.
• Serve as the division's SME for the applicant tracking system and interview process.
• Lead divisional recruitment programs such as job fairs and campus hiring.
