Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Division Field Recruiter to build pipelines and recruit top talent across a multi-state region, including Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and more. You will partner with Hiring Managers and regional leadership to implement sourcing strategies and drive business success.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong candidate experiences while traveling to branch locations to support recruiting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and social media recruitment.
• 3 years experience working independently in the field.
• 3–5 years interviewing and assessing candidates across roles.
• 3-5 years experience with generally accepted recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a multi-state region including VA, MD, NJ, NY, VT, ME, NH, PA, and TN.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build sourcing strategies for each role.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage selection processes with hiring managers.
• Deliver timely feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize results.
• Travel to branch locations to assess and support recruiting strategies.
• Serve as the division’s SME for the ATS and interview process.
• Lead divisional recruitment programs (job fairs, campus hiring, internships).

As the Northeast Division Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline and recruiting talented individuals at all levels to join our growing team. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Region Management in each of the Division’s multiple regions to develop a full understanding of their business and staffing needs. Success in the role is measured by your ability to implement strong recruiting strategies and develop relationships in your markets as well as with the business partners you serve.

Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will...

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a dynamic multi-state region that includes Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Regional Leadership to understand their talent needs and implement recruiting strategies that drive business success.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit & Select Top Talent: Identify and hire both frontline and management candidates across multiple branches within the Northeast Division.
• Strategic Partnering: Work with Hiring Managers to build tailored sourcing strategies for each role.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist highly qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring manager interviews, and manage selection processes.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and professional candidate journey with timely feedback and communication.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve results.
• Onsite Engagement: Travel to branch locations to assess, support, and implement recruiting strategies.
• ATS & Process Training: Serve as the division’s SME for the Applicant Tracking System and the “WHO” interview process.
• Talent Acquisition Leadership: Collaborate with corporate TA and regional teams to lead divisional recruitment programs—job fairs, social media campaigns, campus hiring, internship initiatives, and more.
