Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Division Field Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across a multi-state Northeast region, including Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Regional Leadership to tailor sourcing strategies and develop robust talent pipelines.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the division footprint.
• 1–3 years experience with ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and social media recruitment.
• 3–5 years interviewing and assessing candidates across roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a multi-state region including Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Regional Leadership to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage the interview process with hiring managers.
• Deliver timely feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and report insights.
• Travel to branch locations to assess and support recruiting efforts.
• Serve as the division’s SME for the ATS and interview processes.
• Lead divisional recruitment programs such as job fairs and campus hiring.
