As the Northeast Division Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pipeline and recruiting talented individuals at all levels to join our growing team. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Region Management in each of the Division’s multiple regions to develop a full understanding of their business and staffing needs. Success in the role is measured by your ability to implement strong recruiting strategies and develop relationships in your markets as well as with the business partners you serve.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a dynamic multi-state region that includes Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. You'll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Regional Leadership to understand their talent needs and implement recruiting strategies that drive business success.
Recruit & Select Top Talent: Identify and hire both frontline and management candidates across multiple branches within the Northeast Division.
Strategic Partnering: Work with Hiring Managers to build tailored sourcing strategies for each role.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, screen applicants, and shortlist highly qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews, facilitate hiring manager interviews, and manage selection processes.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to continuously improve results.
Onsite Engagement: Travel to branch locations to assess, support, and implement recruiting strategies.
ATS & Process Training: Serve as the division’s SME for the Applicant Tracking System and the “WHO” interview process.
Talent Acquisition Leadership: Collaborate with corporate TA and regional teams to lead divisional recruitment programs—job fairs, social media campaigns, campus hiring, internship initiatives, and more.
Compensation: Competitive base salary between $70,000 – $80,000/year
