Job summary

Based in Houston or Austin, the role is 100% in office, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $85,000–$100,000 DOE and a contract start with potential to convert to full-time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in AEC or professional services preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday/Avature is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
• Build relationships with active and passive candidates from entry to executive levels.
• Advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and candidate selection.
• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies via networking, orgs, and social media.
• Track recruiting activity and share updates, metrics, and insights with stakeholders.
• Support a strong candidate experience and consistent interview practices.
